The Gendaa Village is the most of the Village in need of Volunteers in school (Teaching), Hospital,women project,sports,water project,Orphanages, etc
The Gendaa village is located in Karatu Arusha just close to Serengeti and ngorongoro most of the people around they speak Swahili and English,the Gendaa Village also is the Native of the following tribal’s
(i) Bush men hadzabe
(ii)Maasai tribal
(iii) Iraq Tribal
Most of the people they live under 1$ and 80% of the people in the Village are poor and underprivileged
Cultural Life Tanzania Offers Short term and long term volunteering and internships for skilled and unskilled, professionals and students who want to make a difference in the poor and underprivileged communities around the in the Village. Working along side partner NGO’s volunteers will find themselves in the field working in Schools, Hospitals, orphanages, monasteries, community and government aid and advice centers.
You have used or new clothes ,shoes, pens pencils,balls, the things you don’t need in your country they will be useful here to help the most people in the Village.
The Volunteer will choose to Volunteer either in the
(i)Gendaa School Teaching,(No enough Teacher )
(ii)Gendaa Lambo Dispendary(the dispensary have only 2 nurses and 1doctor)
(iii)The Volunteer also can help to coach the Village Football Team (Be the Coacher)
(iv) Other Village project

There is no specific qualification needed to join the Cultural Exchange project other than basic in the English language(we will teach you some b asic Swahili upon your arrival at our office in Karatu) as well as a desire to Exchange your culture. Projects may vary and can be tailored to fit the mission of the volunteer. However, volunteers are expected to be flexible and patient.
Cultural Life Tanzania will provide the Accommodation for you

The Fees is 70$ per week
What is included
• Support from application, pre-departure, throughout your volunteering time and on return
• Accommodation from the night of your arrival till the end of your volunteering time
• All meals eaten at the residential training centre and throughout your time as a volunteer in the volunteer compound or camp at your project
• An allowance towards the cost of meals eaten outside the residential training centre, when taken out by the tutors
• Shared kit bought for volunteers’ accommodation e.g. mosquito nets, cooking equipment etc

What’s not included?
• Cost of getting to and from Tanzania from your home country
• Your personal equipment
• Medical insurance or any medical treatment you may require whilst in Tanzania
• Trips outside the residential training centre and related costs such as taxi fares extra to the training course
• Return travel from the project sites to Dar. (Most volunteers go off traveling rather than heading back to Dar).
